Students and educators follow Pioneer Trail's expectations:

Students earn tokens for being accountable, respectful or engaged. Tokens are banked each week during Panther Growth. Students may spend their tokens every Tuesday morning in the ARE Shop on a variety of items including food or drinks, homework pass, a planner, headphones, fidgets, pizza lunch for themselves and friends, etc.

  • Consistent, appropriate consequences for behavior challenges
  • Data-based decision-making to monitor effectiveness and plan interventions
